I'm Patricia Alvarez (pronounced "pah-tree-see-ah"). My work is about bringing clarity and efficiency to people, organizations, and situations that need someone to help sort them out.

I offer coaching for Gen Z professionals navigating the early years of corporate life, and consulting for beverage brands and nonprofit boards on a project specific basis.

My perspective comes from 20+ years of sitting in a lot of different rooms. Years at one of the largest beverage companies in the world. Employee #2 for a ready-to-drink startup brand that led to an exit. Nonprofit board leadership through an employee resource group, a 501(c)(3), and a parent teacher organization.

As a Puerto Rican woman who came up in a male dominated industry, I didn't have the support I needed in my own formative years. Now I help people understand the unwritten rules faster than I did.

Whether I'm coaching, consulting, or speaking, I keep coming back to the same themes of leadership and growth. Speaking engagements, whether that's a classroom or a podcast, are my way of giving back.
